Knowledge - DISCIPLINE - Success
We have 2 seperate kids fitness programs at Kincumber Gym.
PRE TEENS is for 7 - 12 year olds
TEAM TEEN is for 12 - 14 year olds
The kids fitness program introduces children to fitness classes and a fitness environment, whilst being fully supervised.
Teaching children how to exercise correctly and safely maximising their enjoyment and results. Healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle will increase
self esteem and a high sense of personal achievement.
As you well know, the teenage years are incredibly important in developing the mental and physical skills your children need to make themselves into happy and successful adults.
A healthy and strong body means a healthy and strong mind. With these new skills your children will benefit from;
